Hi! I am Gary Buterbaugh, the owner of High Impact Event Resources, LLC. In 1999, I retired from the banking industry as Director of Product Management and Development for a large Southern California bank. I used my years of experience and accumulated knowledge in project management, financial and banking trade shows and marketing events to form High Impact Visual Marketing, LLC, offering many trade show related services and products under one roof. In 2007, I transitioned the company to High Impact Event Resources, LLC, to provide exhibitor support services to organizations who exhibit at national trade shows and community events, and to provide event support services to organizers of B2B and B2C events. I was also an independent producer of community expos and taught a 90 hour class on Event Planning and Production in a high school vocational program. Now living in Loveland, Colorado, I look forward to helping both my Colorado and California clients exploit the power of face-to-face marketing through trade shows, expos and community events, and achieve a maximum return on each event investment.
Prior to producing events professionally, I produced, coordinated or staffed events organized by my employers and as a volunteer for groups in which I was a member, such as professional and trade associations, and community groups. My professional production experience began with task-specific support services for the Valley Industrial Association B2B Industry Show (6 Years). Then I moved to professionally producing events for customers and myself that included SCV Chamber of Commerce Celebrate Life Festival, Biz@Home Expo, Choices in Education Expo (2 Years), KHTS AM 1220 Home and Garden Show (4 Years), Golden Years Expo and Senior Health Fair (4 years), Maternity and Baby Show (2 years). High Impact currently supports the Community Heart Health Fairs and in-house events organized by Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital (8 years), as well as the hospital’s participation in numerous community events.
